What a wonderful way to spend the day! I can’t recommend grazia enough. She is an amazing host with a wonderful manner and taught my boyfriend and I some essential cooking skills! It was a joy to share our meal with her in her lovely flat, full of family history! If you are looking for an authentic Italian cooking experience, free from the commercialisation of other ‘experiences’ then I suggest you take this class. She even printed a dedication to my partner in the book of cooking rules she left us with, which was a wonderful personal touch! Grazie grazia!!
