Absolutely perfect from start to finish!
Our pasta making class with Grazia and her husband was truly a highlight of our time in Italy. We were warmly welcomed into their beautiful home and immediately felt a connection. They were so kind and helpful, and we had a great time learning how to make two different types of pasta! We also worked together to make appetizers and dessert, and enjoyed some delicious wine throughout the afternoon. This was one of the best meals we had on our entire trip! Their apartment is simply stunning: full of light and beautiful tile everywhere. We felt right at home.
The terrace where we enjoyed our lunch was absolutely delightful, and we didn’t feel rushed at all during the day. We left with a new appreciation for cuisine from Bologna, as well as a small guidebook from Grazia and a gift! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this experience, we left with huge smiles on our faces and feeling as though we had made some new friends!
