Embrace your love for pasta with this fresh egg pasta-making class with local Lambrusco. Begin with making the dough and two shapes of fresh egg pasta, tagliatelle, and tortelloni from scratch. The bolognese sauce takes about 3 hours to combine with tagliatelle, while the tortelloni has a vegetable sauce with melted butter and fresh sage leaves. After the class, sit down and savor a two-course and dessert meal, sipping a glass of Lambrusco.

What happens on the day?

On arrival, you’ll be warmly welcomed by Grazia and Cheri, the Mascotte puppy dog of the house. Your experience begins with a one-hour-and-a-half fresh egg pasta class led by Chef Grazia. After the class, sit down and savor a two-course meal and dessert.
  • The cost per person is 95 euros.
  • A 30 euros deposit per person is required, and not refundable.
